BGR Computer Solutions charges $75.00 per hour with a 1 hour minimum. To see the average time for most of our services click the hourglass image.

Travel cost 1/2 the standard hourly rate per hour with a 1 hour minimum. Travel charges are on a portal to portal basic. The travel hour(s) are included in the time charged and are not broken out as a seperate line item on the invoice.

Phone support is $25.00 per incident. This is for 2 calls per incident, after which each additional call is $25.00

Remote trouble shooting is charged at $75.00 per hour with a 1 hour minimum. Remote access requires a Log Me In connection. Log Me In is a FREE connection.

To avoid the Travel and Phone charges clients can signup for a Quarterly Time (i.e. 3 months) block. This is billed on a monthly basis. Any extra time is billed at the standard rate of $75.00 per hour at the END of the 3 Month Period. There is no rollover of time at the end of the 3-month period.
